Markus Class wins IDM Supermoto Germany round at Groβenhain

Last weekend the 3rd round of the German IDM Supermoto championship was held at the airbase of Groβenhain, in the East of Germany. With two straight victories German Husqvarna rider Markus Class was the winner in the S1 class at the fast airport track. In the first race it was the current champion Andre Plogmann who finished in second before Steffen Albrecht in third position. Steffen Albrecht gained one position in the second race and finished in second place behind Markus Class. In third position it was Danish rider Simon Vilhelmsen. Overall it was Markus Class who took the victory in front of Steffen Albrecht and Simon Vilhelmsen.

The S2 class was won by Christopher Robert in front of Dutch rider Ruurd van Roozendal and Christian Pacher.

The next race for the German Supermoto championship is on 29 and 30 July 2017 in Schaafheim.
