Chris Hodgson from team SJPMoto Husqvarna has won day one at 3Sisters Wigan with three wins in the Michelin Premier Cup. The start of the 2016 Britsh Supermoto season was on the 3Sisters Race track in Wigan. In the new Michelin Premier Cup the race conditions were very wet and tricky which made it difficult and challenging for the riders. Last year’s champion Chris Hodgson won all three race followed by SJPMoto teammate Jay Smith and Richard Blakeman. In the first and third race Hodgon managed to create a gap on the rest of the riders but race two was a different story with a very close battle between Hodgson and Smith.
